Kevin has spent the last 25 plus years working in Southern California in the construction industry.  His journey began in the early 1990’s when he took a job working for a general contractor.  Ten years later Kevin himself became a licensed general contractor in the state of California.  In 2008 he opened his own business that he successfully ran for fourteen years. His extensive experience in both residential and commercial remodeling brings substantial value to every project he works on. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of construction.  After his eldest kids left the nest, he knew it was his chance to spread his wings and try something different for a while.  He relocated to Northern California and joined the Gilman’s team.  He brings his passion, love and experience of the industry to all his projects.

When Kevin is not working his is spending time with his younger kids enjoying life in the Bay Area.
