"I wish to formally express my satisfaction with the remodeling your company has performed in my home: last year my kitchen and this year on of my bathrooms. I have been impressed and very pleased with several of those who have done the work and the quality of what was done. Alex, who worked on my bathroom, and Josue, who worked on my kitchen, are professional, careful and excellent in what they do. Both of them are perfectionists and spend whatever time is necessary to complete the task at hand. In addition, they are very nice, pleasant and trustworthy.

I have also been pleased with the work done by Alex 2 and Brian as well as the electrician, painters, and those who installed the tile. May I say that I believe Brian has a bright future. For such a young person, he displays maturity, professionalism and courtesy, qualities not always evident in those of his age.

I wish to commend Joe and Shae who oversee and supervise the remodeling process. It was comforting to know that Joe would again be involved. Last year I gained great respect for him, and that only increased this year. Shae was very helpful in guiding me in selecting items for the bathroom (tub, sink, tile, etc.) Both Joe and Shae have laudable social skills which put their clients at ease. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project and are able to communicate the pros and cons at every step. I appreciate that they are mindful of monetary constraints. And they are very nice people!

Other with whom I have has some interaction are CJ and Tanzeem (this year); all of them represent your company well.

So, all in all, working with Gilmans has been a very good experience given the scope of work to be performed. I look forward to utilizing your services in the future when my wallet permits. In the meantime, I continue to recommend you to others when the opportunity arises."
