Gilmans Kitchens and Baths: The Design-Build Team Cynthia Collins, Designer, Mountain View

Cynthia Collins, Designer in Mt. View Location Cynthia has been designing kitchens and baths for over 20 years. She is able to listen to her clients and translate that information into a newly remodeled, functional space. Cynthia has worked with many types of clients and feels that each one brings a different element to the design palate. She has designed traditional, contemporary, country flavor, transitional and even a log cabin home. Cynthia collaborated on the Sunset Design Home in San Jose, one of the first to work towards reclaimed products in the early stages of the green movement.

Cynthia has three children, a dog and even a chinchilla for a pet. She and her husband live in Belmont and can be found walking the hills in the evenings or on a quiet Sunday. She is on the board of directors for the Dancers Repertory Theater, a non-profit children’s dance company based on the peninsula.

Your design created a space that seems much larger and works much better than the old kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful and the countertop sparkles. I am extremely happy with the results. You were key in making it happen.
